Allow for 2-4 business days for order processing and 3-5 business days for delivery. Orders of EV Chargers require a customers signature at the delivery location.
Placed orders that have not shipped are fully refundable. The Refund button is located in the My Orders tab on the website. All refunds are processed the following business day.
United Chargers will accept returns within 30 days from purchase in the original unopened box only, back shipment is covered by the customer. To return a product, contact [email protected]. United Chargers does not accept returns of units that have been opened, installed, or used. Please, note that shipping cost are not refundable.
What's in the box
When you order an EV charger from our shop, you can expect to receive everything you need to get started with your electric vehicle charging setup. Each charger comes with a standard set of components, including the charger unit itself, a charging cable, a wall mounting bracket, and additionally, some models may include additional accessories such as a cable holster or adapters.
